Brief - design and develop a wide range of UX and Ai-enhanced content for HESTA member campaigns, employer marketing, and internal and advocacy communications.

Objective - create a range of UX-centric content for member, employer, and government audiences. The work included AI-driven B2C campaigns including a wide range of member stories, contributions campaigns, aged care webinars, and annual member meetings. B2B employer-growth corporate pitch deck, corporate brochure, and onboarding content. Government-advocacy work included tax-related content.

Execution - the content strategy was executed with strong sucess through all touchpoints, working with internal and external stakeholders. The strategy harnessed UX-enabled web journey optimised for SEO reach, AI-enhanced Adobe Experience Cloud (data-insights-journey-analytics), interactive digital media, articles and blogs, video, .and social media.
