We focused on building relationships with key broadsheet and trade media journalists, on specific product/portfolio promotion, on key manager profiling, advertising, and providing guidance on market and corporate issues (including acquisition) as they arose.

Results - enhanced Invesco’s brand recognition and trust in the market, built education and coverage for key products like global property and global equities, and protected Invesco’s reputation on critical corporate and personnel matters.

Brief - develop social media strategies + initiatives to drive engagement on key corporate, investment and industry issues for leading super fund, Aware Super.

Objective - increase social media engagement for investment reporting, SRI, Federal Budget, and investment scale/depth.

Execution - developed a social media strategy and tactics that promoted specific content, commentary and capabilities covering: investment scale, returns, SRI, economic commentary, and Federal Budget thought leadership. We focused on digital website and video content in crafting messages, and worked with key stakeholders as required.

Results - drove strong engagement + reach on social media channels like Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube, improved brand recognition on investments, educated members, and promoted Aware Super’s scale and breadth as a major player in Australian superannuation.
